Expected outcomes and deliverables

Expected outcomes for students:

Students will apply their first-year knowledge in real-world contexts, strengthening their skills in research, content creation, curriculum design, and inclusive education. They will gain professional experience, improve confidence, and build a portfolio that supports their progression toward teacher training and other education careers.


Deliverables for employers:

Employers can expect practical outputs such as research summaries, policy briefs, lesson plans, adapted learning resources, workshop or programme materials, and contributions to inclusion, SEND, or EAL/ESL initiatives. Students may also provide support with presentations, mentoring, or group projects depending on the scope of the placement.
