Working in a dynamic front-of-house job while simultaneously spearheading the restaurant's local marketing initiatives. In addition to providing excellent service as a server and bartender, I created the restaurant's social media accounts (Tiktok, Instagram), wrote promotional material, and devised in-house marketing techniques to enhance visitor interaction and traffic. The responsibilities included creating digital assets, liaising with local businesses for cross-promotions, and tracking campaign performance. This work helped me improve my skills in content production, branding, and customer involvement in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
