This agent will engage potential leads automatically, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and deliver them into a CRM for follow-up, helping scale the clientโ€™s outreach and sales processes. The outcome is a fully functional AI agent tailored for women-led businesses, capable of automating inbound lead generation via WhatsApp, with possible extensions to LinkedIn. Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Research and evaluate MAKE, n8n, and ZAPE as AI automation platforms. Conduct a needs analysis for integrating WhatsApp with CRM systems using API keys. Design a WhatsApp AI agent prototype capable of simulating human-like lead engagement. Develop API connections between WhatsApp, the AI agent, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable). Test the AI agent with sample data and refine workflows based on feedback. Provide technical documentation and user guidelines for deployment. Company Overview: Owning My empowers women solopreneurs by integrating AI and automation into their businesses.
