AI-Powered Lead Generation Agent Development (for Women Business Owners)
Main Goal for This Project: The primary objective of this project is to design, develop, and deploy a WhatsApp-based AI lead generation agent using MAKE , n8n , and Zapier , integrated with CRM systems via API connections. This agent will engage potential leads automatically, qualify them based on predefined criteria, and deliver them into a CRM for follow-up, helping scale the client’s outreach and sales processes. The outcome is a fully functional AI agent tailored for women-led businesses, capable of automating inbound lead generation via WhatsApp, with possible extensions to LinkedIn. Project Scope and Expectations: During this project, students will: Research and evaluate MAKE, n8n, and ZAPE as AI automation platforms. Conduct a needs analysis for integrating WhatsApp with CRM systems using API keys. Design a WhatsApp AI agent prototype capable of simulating human-like lead engagement. Develop API connections between WhatsApp, the AI agent, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Airtable). Test the AI agent with sample data and refine workflows based on feedback. Provide technical documentation and user guidelines for deployment. Company Overview: Owning My empowers women solopreneurs by integrating AI and automation into their businesses. We specialize in AI adoption coaching, AI-powered system implementation, and custom agent development for lead generation. Our mission is to help women reclaim their time, reduce burnout, and scale their businesses confidently through smart, empathetic tech solutions. Project Details: Task 1: Platform Research & Needs Analysis Compare the capabilities of MAKE, n8n, and Zapier for WhatsApp integration. Identify the optimal platform for connecting WhatsApp and CRM systems. Define the user journey for a typical lead from first contact to CRM entry. Task 2: AI Agent Design (Figma or Workflow Draft) Create a visual workflow of the AI agent’s interaction with users. Map out conversation trees for lead qualification. Draft the API interaction structure for data transfer between systems. Task 3: AI Agent Development & Testing Build the initial WhatsApp agent using the chosen platform. Integrate API keys for CRM data entry. Run test scenarios and refine based on feedback from the project lead. Task 4: Documentation & Final Delivery Document all workflows, APIs used, and setup instructions. Prepare a final report summarizing choices, challenges, and outcomes. Final Deliverables: A functional WhatsApp AI agent prototype with CRM integration. A workflow diagram or mock-up created in Figma or equivalent. A final report detailing platform selection, technical setup, and recommendations. API documentation for WhatsApp and CRM integration. Benefits for Students: Gain hands-on experience with AI workflow automation tools (MAKE, n8n, ZAPE). Learn about API integration for real-world business applications. Exposure to AI-driven lead generation strategies. Potential to network within the AI and solopreneurship space. How Will You Support Learners in Completing the Project? Employer Commitment: Minimum 5 hours of mentorship tailored to technical guidance and project support. Direct access to Claudette for feedback, guidance, and strategic input. Regular Communication: Weekly check-ins via Zoom or Google Meet. Slack or email access for ongoing questions. Scheduled Meetings: Initial kickoff meeting to define project scope and expectations. Bi-weekly reviews to assess progress and address challenges. Final review session to present deliverables and gather feedback.

AI Vision Model to detect suspicious behavior
Key Objectives: Collect, annotate, and label training data for multiple classes (people, head regions, face coverings, tools, clothing, graffiti, vehicles). Train a YOLO model in Python capable of multi-class detection across these categories. Implement classification of behavior states such as running vs. walking. Develop detection logic for vehicle-person interactions. Analyze clothing color and apparel type, including top vs. bottom garments. Evaluate performance (precision, recall, mAP) and optimize the model for real-time inference.
